Requirements

Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.
Current AHA BLS and CNA certification.
Minimum of 1 year experience within the last year as a skilled nursing facility CNA in skilled long-term care/transitional care.
Must show competency performing blood glucose testing, obtaining vital signs, and safe transport of patients.
Ability to provide comfort and support to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.
