Shift description

The main need currently is for PM shifts. Minimum of 6-months experience as a Behavioral Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required to apply.

Requirements

  • Must have completed a state-approved CNA program. 
  • Current AHA BLS and CNA certification. De-escalation training certification is a plus!
  • Minimum of 6 months full-time experience as an inpatient behavioral health CNA within the last year.
  • Must show competency assisting medical and nursing staff during acute mental health crises and monitoring patients 1:1 to ensure safety.
  • Ability to provide comfort and support to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living, assisting with therapeutic activities, and suggesting alternative actions to prevent restraint.
  • Must be willing to work PM shifts.
